Agreement

By using EmailMemory, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ArionLabs.

The service

EmailMemory is a tool that connects to your Gmail account (with your permission) and extracts key information from email threads using AI. You use it to organise client decisions and requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • → You must be 18 or older to use EmailMemory
  • → You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • → You may only connect Gmail accounts you own or have authorisation to use
  • → You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • → You must not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service

Gmail access

When you connect Gmail, you grant EmailMemory read-only access to your email threads. You can revoke this access at any time. We only access threads you explicitly select for import — we do not scan your entire inbox automatically.

AI extraction accuracy

EmailMemory uses AI to extract information from your emails. AI is not perfect — extractions may be incomplete, incorrect, or miss important context. You should always verify important decisions against the original email thread. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-extracted information.

Pricing and payments

  • → The Free plan is free forever for up to 2 clients
  • → The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • → You can cancel your subscription at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • → We do not offer refunds for partial months
  • → Prices may change with 30 days notice

Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights over your email content, client information, or extracted data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Service availability

We aim to keep EmailMemory running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime or data loss. We recommend exporting important extractions periodically.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 7 days.

Limitation of liability

EmailMemory is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArionLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email if we make significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
